This notice covers the two forms on this site, "Request a quote" and "For suppliers: list your products", and the example order form.

Request a quote. We collect your name, company, email address, phone number if you give it, the site suburb and postcode, the items you list, the date you need them by and your notes. We give your request a reference and note the time it arrived.

Why: We use these details only to find suppliers for your request. We don't share them without asking you first.

Who sees it: our own team. We read your request and look for suppliers. A supplier sees your request only after you agree.

List your products. We collect your name, company, phone number, email address and what you tell us you supply. We use these details only to reply to you. We do not sell them.

For both forms we also keep two technical details: the short description your browser sends about itself (its name, version and type of device), and a code made from your internet address. We use them only to stop the forms being flooded. The code is not your internet address, but it could be matched back to it.

Companies that run this site for us handle your details on our behalf. Vercel hosts the site and handles each form you send. Supabase stores what you send. Resend delivers it to our mailbox. Some of this happens on computers outside Australia, including in the United States, India and Japan. Like any website host, Vercel also sees your internet address when you visit and may keep it in its own technical logs.

No cookies and no tracking. This site does not set cookies and does not load any analytics or advertising tools.

The example order form sends nothing to anyone. What you type in it stays in your own browser and is cleared when you close the tab.

How long we keep it: until you ask us to delete it. We do not yet delete requests automatically. A copy also stays in our mailbox. After we delete your details, copies remain in our encrypted backups until those backups are cleared, which takes about two months.

To see or delete your details, reply to any email we send you. If we have not emailed you yet, send either form again and say "delete my details" in it, with your reference if you have one.
